Delivery & Shipping

Processing times

• Ready to Ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order and custom pieces take up to 20 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll confirm the expected timeline with you when you order and keep you updated.

Delivery within Lebanon

• Every order is shipped fully insured and requires a signature on delivery.
• You’re also welcome to collect your order from our store on Zahlé Boulevard, facing BSL Bank.

International delivery

• Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
• Import taxes, customs duties and fees may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in our signature gift box with its certificate and invoice, packed discreetly with no outside branding.

Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Diamant Issam Chawi, we want you to love your jewellery. If a piece isn’t right for you, here is how returns and exchanges work.

What can be returned

Items marked “Ready to Ship” can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or in-store collection, provided that:

• The item is unworn and in its original condition, with no scratches, damage or alterations.
• The tag is still attached.
• It is returned with its original box, packaging, and any diamond certificate (GIA, IGI or other) and invoice.

What cannot be returned

The following items are final sale:

• Custom-made, personalised or engraved pieces, including rings built through “Start with a Setting” or “Start with a Diamond”.
• Made-to-order pieces.
• Loose diamonds and gemstones.
• Items that have been resized, repaired or altered, by us or by another jeweller.
• Items with missing, damaged or replaced stones, or with chips, scratches or other signs of wear.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by WhatsApp at +961 71 863 766 or by email at support@issamchawi.com, with your order number.
2. We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and arrange the return. You can bring it to our store on Zahlé Boulevard, or we can arrange collection within Lebanon.
3. Every returned item is inspected by our team before a refund or exchange is approved.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, you can choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
• Refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee on the item’s value. Exchanges and store credit have no handling fee.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Cash payments are refunded in store.
• Original delivery costs are non-refundable. For international orders, return shipping and any customs duties are paid by the customer.

Resizing

Ring resizing is available on most designs. Contact us before resizing, because a resized ring can no longer be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
